Long service life & speed:
- Extremely long service life combined with outstanding ease of cutting
- Optimum cutting accuracy
- Very smooth operation
- Optimum profitability
Patented production procedure:
- Optimised HDS technology (high pressure sintering process)
- Denser bonded structure with optimum diamond setting
- Hardened steel core
- Very strong connection of the segment
Newly developed segment shape and main blade
- Specially machined main disc for very smooth running
- Innovative tooth shape geometry prevents fracture
- Tapered segments reduce friction
Significantly less heat generation
Optimum cooling and dust removal
No overheating of the disc
The disc does not beat axially or vibrate
Clean edges, straight cut
Up to 100% longer service life compared to similar discs
High ease of cutting.
Time savings
High security
Optimum cutting properties in ferrous metals and stainless steels. (Does not replace conventional cutting discs)
Do not use for continuous metal cutting.
Wide range of applications (concrete, granite, building materials)
No need for time-consuming disc changes on site
Ideal blade for rescue operations (fire brigade departments, technical assistance organisations, etc.), e.g. for cutting through safety barriers
- Diamond cutting discs dull when exposed to too high speeds and wear too quickly at too low peripheral speeds.
- If the freedom to cut deteriorates (as indicated by intense sparking), the disc should be sharpened by making several cuts with it in abrasive material such as sandstone.
- In order to achieve a curved shape, it is advisable to cut sections of larger components in several sections.
- No pressure should be exerted on the disc during operation — the weight of the unit is sufficient. Increased pressure results in increased wear and tear.
- Diamond discs are designed for straight cutting. Cutting curves deforms the blade, causes cracks and detaches segments — risk of injury!
- Always use safety goggles and protective clothing, even if the device in which the disc is fitted has advanced safety features.
- Follow the information on the label (max. speed), the limitations of use and the instructions for safe use.
- The direction arrow on the disc must match the direction of rotation of the machine.
- The disc must not be used for side sanding.
- Use a suitable protective cover.
- Installation should only be carried out by an experienced specialist (do not use force, use clean fixing flanges of equal dimensions, carry out a test).
- When grinding tools are attached or used incorrectly, or are damaged, they pose a risk and can cause serious injury.
