Cleaning sequence:
- Remove the protective outer cap
- Remove the front part of the soldering iron by unscrewing the black plastic ferrule in an anti-clockwise direction
- Insert a thin object with max. Ø 2 mm (e.g. wire nail, needle, screwdriver etc.) into the INOX steel hole in the stalk and unscrew it in an anti-clockwise direction
- Use pliers to remove the gas guiding nozzle
- Remove the gelatinous gas residue from the inside of the stalk and then check that the passage is clear
- Clean the seat of the gas guide nozzle. Replace the gas guide nozzle with a spare part if damaged and reinstall all parts
