Zinc 300 is suitable for touching up damaged spots on zinc-plated surfaces and welding seams.
Not suitable as zinc-dust primer for heavy-duty corrosion protection.
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. The layer thickness of the touch-up film should equal 1.5 times that of hot-dip zinc-plating. In addition, the touch-up coating should overlap the hot-dip zinc-plating by at least 1 cm. Consumption: approx. 250-350 g/m per coat.
